![Average day with my current level of severe ME NB very/extremely severe ME is not like this at all - I would be laying completely in the dark, unable to record such videos, use my phone etc. NB I recorded this over a few days and only on better days - I wouldn’t be able to make it on my worst days. This is kinda a fun video but in all seriousness millions of us live like this and much much worse. Severe ME is no joke and people are d•ing. In the UK yesterday the government released the DHSC delivery plan for ME. And whilst it’s a slight start there is basically nothing in it that will benefit the lives of people with severe ME or prevent deaths. To the extent there’s discussion of developing service plans specifically for mild and moderate people but NOT severe people. Can you imagine any other illness where the more severe you are the less care and treatments is available to you. It’s the equivalent of saying you can’t get treated for a heart attack only mild angina.
