Poor dogs. Poor neighbor. Poor situation. Poor owners. Poor victims. Babies can be educated from a young age and taught proper manners. Animals are no different. I hope these furry babies didn’t get hurt and I especially hope this person was not attacked and hurt. I wish them all the best.
