Annette Freckles ROCKS! I send her stuff to everybody! Even my Latino family! All of her recipes so far have been AMAZING! I even bought the ingredients (including El Pato tomato sauce. It’s the holy grail of tomato sauce) and took it to my daughter in law from South Africa so she can make it for my son so it will be PERFECT as always!

My super picky kid loved it! I did 2 cups and it made a TON of rice. Next time I’m doing 1 cup should be perfect for our small family of 3. Yummy rice!
