@inspector_fletch: So let me get this straight… you roll out a major change that affects how we run our businesses, how we interact with our clients, and how our brand is represented… and then just disappear? No responses to emails. No replies in the app. No real communication anywhere. That’s like showing up to an inspection, finding a major issue, and then just packing up and leaving without saying a word. That wouldn’t fly for us—and it shouldn’t fly here either. RESPA exists for a reason… and a lot of what’s being talked about right now is raising some serious questions. Not small ones either—big ones about compliance, client trust, and how this reflects back on us as inspectors. And right now? Silence. I really hope the plan isn’t to just push this through and wait until Monday to finally have a conversation. Because this isn’t something that should be figured out after the fact. We need clarity. We need answers. And honestly… we need to talk now. @Spectora
Good luck, brother. I’ve been having the same problem as well no replies minimal communication. Time to jump ship, straight POS move by Spectora! especially in the busy season. Keep crushing it!
