My grandfather use to put a dollar bill behind the ball in the sand, if I picked up the dollar with my swing, I could keep it. Still really good at getting out of the sand 30 years later

Why would you do something that is not allowed in the game just because you’re not in a tournament or playing for money it’s not allowed. You don’t ground your club in the sand trap at all.
