Girl I once started a job and on my first day 30 minutes into my first day they all went into a meeting and I was asked to answer the phones. It was overwhelming. The phone didn’t stop. I had no idea what to say or who they wanted to speak to or who I needed to pass a message onto because I hadn’t even been introduced to anyone. I ended up having to figure everything out on my own.
