Make sure to not puff you’re cheeks out and keep the air fast and steady. You got this! Also if you want help on tuning you can pull the barrel out of the 1st joint about the width of a quarter (you should not be able to see the cork) and the first joint out of the second joint about the width of a nickel (you thumb nails should slip perfectly in the gap).

i’m not a professional player but let me share this with y'all. 2.5 is the perfect reed for clarinet but what you didn't know was size 3 is much better🥹 it might sound a bad at first because it can't produce a good sound but trust me. our band conductor told us this and it's life changing for me as a new clarinet player. i've playing for almost a year now btw. don't throw comments at me pls, i’m just here sharing what i learned. love u all
