personally i tried better bands once and ended up falling off.. thank goodness my boot was too big for my foot or i wouldve been done for lol😂

i just think the better bands are unsafe, regular rubbers will break and the better bands will not. but no issue with wearing regular bands!

does anyone else use rubber bands on some horses but not others. Like if i have a horse im very in tune with, then i wont wear them, but if its a horse i havent ran much then i will absolutely be using rubber bands

I just don’t think that people should wear them. You should learn to keep your feet in the stirrup or else you should not be running and like I get it if they occasionally fall out, but you just have to learn how to keep them in.

personally, i won’t use bands because i rather cost my run than my life. i know anything could happen, but i will always wear my helmet and no bands or straps on lol. just one less thing that could go wrong. but i can’t imagine going around shaming people for wearing bands or not wearing a helmet? people are so ridiculous about criticizing others, like it’s not your horse or your run so who cares what they’re wearing or not?
