none - olive oil soap with no fragrance is the best and use dht blocker as serum - soak your hair for 4- 5 hours before you wash it with olive oil soap

What might help a bit is to change your routine. While standing in front of your Vanity mirror, cup some water into your hands, and wet your hair; apply shampoo, pushing to the scalp and let stand.. Then, brush your teeth, shave, and by that time, the shampoo should have saturated into your scalp.
