What might help a bit is to change your routine. While standing in front of your Vanity mirror, cup some water into your hands, and wet your hair; apply shampoo, pushing to the scalp and let stand.. Then, brush your teeth, shave, and by that time, the shampoo should have saturated into your scalp.
