this is tricky question. there's no mate in one. so the best move is king g2 to get my king closer to white king and create space for rook to slide to the H1 and target a weak pawn. and if black pushes pawn they weaken structure and I can exploit it using my king by marching forward slowly. then I'm gonna play king f3 to get my king towards the centre to control the board and rook will be pinning upon the weak pawn to neutralise development. and once the king gets to centre it's extremely hard for black to advance pawns then I will slowly target the immobilized pawns. then eventually we'll gobble up their pawns one by one until they only have king left and well squeeze the enemy king towards the corner of the board to make him suffocate and eventually mate with my king uncomfortablly close to enemy king. I'm 1300 elo btw I've been playing for very long and I have master the Endgame tactics in winning a tight situation.
