This cycle ruins your results & your relationship with food. Strive for balance. 6️⃣ You lack planning No meal prep, no grocery list = last-minute chaos. When you’re scrambling to make decisions, it’s stressful & hard to actually adhere to something. 7️⃣ Not Actually Tracking If you’re not tracking you’re guessing, and more often than not you’re likely way off. Tracking isn’t forever-it’s a tool for education.
