@thegoomanstem: There is always a why for what we do what we do- I covered the link to stress in my last few videos, but let's talk about #autoimmunedisease #MentalHealth and #alcohol #neurodivergent
jesus man I'm so sorry you're going through it! you know you can always just tell us about how you're feeling, we're not gonna be judging you, we're just gonna be worried and supportive

You’ve really been going through it. Don’t set unreasonable expectations of “professionalism” when you are experiencing things that are difficult you deserve compassion care and support in all the ways. The way things are in this country certainly isn’t helping the rollercoaster 🫂 I for one am proud of you & appreciate you research and vulnerability in you experiences 🙏

My family uses alcohol this way too. I wish my family understood. I’m glad you’re doing better. I should message you because my Easter has been absolutely wild.

😳 Neurotransmitters are made in my stomach. So that missed Celiac disease for like lifelong 45 yrs probably wasn't too good.

Take care of yourself, you've been going through a lot. I hear you on the menstrual cycle and the impacts on mental health and immune system. I can't wear much of my skin care products at the end of my cycle because my MCAS flares

Always used to wonder if why my autoimmune was only semi "problematic" was because I was lacking estrogen. In menopause now, & I think I was right.

wait what? is this why I crave small amounts of alcohol. like how is it weird that I want to sip on a shot of fireball on the rocks when im at work. a lil seltzer water would even be good. id swear its like using binaca breath spray. the ice waters it down and a shot straight wouldn't do anything. im not in denial. try it. it barely seems like theres alcohol in it. I get to over activated trying to get yo work on time sometimes. its why I keep a thc vape on me.
I thought alcohol causes glucose spikes... you should try tepache. my neighbor makes it. its fermented pinaple scraps cinnamon and brown sugar. once flavor is ripe 2 - 3 days and overcook rice and blend in and strain till thicker.. yummy. likely an issue with digestive enzymes from lack of fermented foods like cabbage and salt/ sour krout. its funny cuz old food is blamed for activating histamine but its from a deficiency that is improved by eating fermented foods.
