after i got diagnosed it all made sense. ever since i was a kid i knew there was something wrong with me but i just didn’t know what it was until the doctor at the hospital said i had adhd and explained it to me

God bro I think I had adhd there’s so many signs and now that I’m in highschool me not being able to focus and procrastinating everything it’s effecting my work and idk what to say to my mom everytime she tells me she knows I can do better. Neurodivergence runs in my family which is also why I think maybe.

I felt guilty all my life cause I was never as good as the others and my mom and dad had to sit all day for me to do an stupid silly homework. I grew up envious and guilty of things that in the end, wasn't really my fault. I went from therapist to therapist and NO ONE suggested to get an autism test, my mom had to be the one to suggest for one (it's bc I'm not a little BOY, isn't it??). anyways, I would yap more but idk how to organize my thoughts at all. sorry if there are punctuation or any other errors
