@scrollcure: The average person spends 7 hours a day on their phone. That’s 49 hours a week. More than a full-time job. Except this job doesn’t pay you. It pays the companies that own the apps you can’t stop opening. Over a lifetime that’s 20+ years of screen time. Twenty years of your one life spent scrolling through other people’s lives instead of building yours. And the worst part? You won’t remember any of it. Follow @scrollcure for the system to take it back. Tag someone who needs to see this tonight. #screentime #digitaldetox #dopaminedetox #phoneaddiction #scrollcure
