I add a full set of clean clothes, left in a car if that’s an option. It makes a huge difference to me to put clean clothes on at the end of a hike, even if I still stink!

I always pack a new pair of underwear and socks for each day. I can not stand dirty underwear or socks. otherwise I pack 1 outfit - whatever im wearing in, 'jammies', my down coat, a fleece layer and 1 pair of shorts

Serious question - with having to be in the same clothes for an extended period of time, trapping your sweat against your body, do you do anything to try and prevent/minimize sweat rash?
