Truth is, yeah there are things that help like lifting weights, losing the weight slower, staying hydrated, and keeping your protein high. But unfortunately none of that guarantees anything. If you’ve been big for a long time, your skin already stretched. You can do everything right and still have loose skin. That’s just part of it. You’re not failing, you just changed your body faster than your skin could catch up. And that shouldn’t stop you from losing the weight. Being healthier, feeling better, and taking control of your life is still worth it.

guys I've moved around from 220 down to 150 then back up to 170 and stayed there until now where im up at like 300+, I already have a ton of stretch marks but should I anticipate loose skin too? I've never dealt with that

There’s no way to prevent or lessen loose skin it depends on how long you’ve been at that weight how much you weigh what weight are you trying to get to and how old you are people love to say lose it slow but that’s the worst advice cause if you take 2 years to lose it then you’ll just have more loose skin because you kept stretching it for 2 years the only advice is lose it as fast a you can in a way that is sustainable for you then try and body recomp all these hacks and creams and lose it in this amount of time are all cope
