In Europe chocolate is protected name and has specific criteria of amount of dry cocoa, cocoa butter and chocolate solids in product or in its name cant be chocolate in any form.

palm oil is why cadbury not selling much of their chocolate in the uk and people voicing their opinion about it tasting rubbish.
