I'm on 70mg elvanse . you have to gradually go up obv . the side effects do disappear except the dry mouth but we never remember to drink enough water anyway so handy really lol .but with this you can't miss a dose of you miss one day it's ok but 2days is a no no .

Do you eat with it? I noticed when I do, like even a couple of boiled eggs, or a protein yogurt/shake. My appetite is gone after an hour so it helps a lot, everyone’s different but try that if you haven’t already. It takes away that wiredness feeling for me and it gradually works better. I’ve been on 70mg for 2 years now I and didn’t used to eat with it and thought it just wasn’t working and I just felt off my head for the first 3 hours then crashed badly 🙈 x
