@travels.michelle: I never expected a beach like this in Guatemala… 🌴😳 If you’re thinking about visiting Playa Blanca, read this first 👇 This place doesn’t feel like Guatemala at all… it feels Caribbean. • The water is warm and so calm 🤍 • One of the ONLY true tropical beaches in Guatemala 🏝️ • Soft white sand, palm trees, and the most peaceful vibes • And it’s only about 6km from Belize 😳 But getting here isn’t that easy… • You’ll need to take a boat from Rio Dulce or Livingston 🚤 • From Livingston it’s about 30 minutes, from Rio Dulce around 1.5–2 hours • Bring cash, There’s a small entrance fee. I used mine for a fresh coconut 🥥 • Pack food & drinks so you’re prepared • Sunscreen is a MUST, the sun here is intense ☀️ • Go early if you want that quiet, paradise feeling But honestly… It’s 100% worth it. Swimming in warm water, surrounded by palm trees… it feels like you’re in the Caribbean 😭🌴 Don’t skip this place if you’re in Guatemala.
