So I fixed it by: ✔️ Building a simple nutrition plan he could stick to ✔️ Keeping takeaways IN (just smarter choices) ✔️ Matched his calories & macros to his goal No extremes by any means or cutting out his favourite foods. Just a plan he could actually be consistent with. As a result of this all, noticeable fat loss around his midsection and finally seeing the results his effort deserves.
