Sobrang hirap. Resigned after 1 year teaching. Di lang turo ang gagawin mo since you'll also do Research and Extension and turo, di lang umiikot yan sa turo, you will do exam and check it, prepare for PPTs and many more. The problem is you only have 25hrs teaching not included the ADHOC works and 15hrs for R&E. Sometimes consumed and 15hrs mo sa mga ADHOC.

LUCs are not following this scheme. Also, it is so rare na may plantilla sa college. Laging COS lang ang kanilang type of employment, which kahit sabihin nating ganyan nga ang sahod, wala pa ring government benefits.

Ung pinsan ko working sya sa Munisipyo as EE engr , lisensyado sya while me graduate lang ng ECE at nag Semicon mas malaki sinasahod ko sa kanya at benefits tas ung Christmas bonus na nakukuha nila nakukuha kolang yan sa company stocks ei , iba pa ung nakukuha ko sa 13th pay midyear bonus at factory bonus ei,, libre pa kami ng transpo since may shuttle kami pero ung kuya ko umiiyak sa gasolina ,,3 yrs na sya ha ako 8 months palang. Trust me hindi worth it pagsilbihan yang mga nasa gov’t na yan. Hindi aq nagyayabang pero thats the truth.

Ang hirap kapag COSI, kailangan ko mag 40hours a week para lang maka 31k just to afford decent salary. Nakakapagod, passion na lang talaga nagpapagalaw sa akin. Sana ma-afford ko masters soon para maregular ako huhu :)
