Got 10/10 already knew I have histamine but dr aren’t sure what to do. Take anti histamine every day and learnt to manage but feeling nauseous all time and got health anxiety from it it’s exhausting 😭

i was diagnosed with histamine intolerance in 2020 by an amazing doctor who was a genius i swear. back then nobody knew this even existed and when i’d go to other doctors and tell them, they’d just scoff☠️now its a well known thing, guess theyre not laughing anymore
