Air fry at 200°C for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy or bake at 200°C fan for 15-18 minutes, turning halfway, until cooked through and crisp. 💕Place the tortillas in a dry non-stick pan. Sprinkle the mozzarella over one half of each wrap, then fold over to create a half moon. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese has melted. 💕Mix together all of the burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl. 💕Once the wraps are toasted carefully open the wraps back up. 💕Fill with the crispy chicken strips, shredded lettuce and tomatoes, then spoon over the burger sauce before re folding.
