there are different types of oil. the ME has the type that is easier and less expensive to refine into gas. The US and Venezuela have dirty oil which is not as easy to refine

Alaska has oil baby I'm in Texas and we have oil but telling you Alaska has one of the biggest oil fields in the world but won't drill cause they say because of environmental causes
