I have been a shapermint for over 5 years! As a bigger girl I say “get the panties” then get the essential body suit you will love them! Better than most shape wear out. Doesn’t roll at all and doesn’t pinch! I weigh 220 now but I wore them when I weighed 390. It’s great for all shapes and weights.
