The more you build your life with hobbies and a true purpose. The less interest you’ll find in other people. That’s why a lot of coworkers who have vibrant lives outside of work will be targeted because they don’t have the desire to be connected with them. They already have connection, happiness, and belonging in their personal lives. They don’t need the workplace for that purpose.
