Having lived in Bucks County my whole life,,, I would say Bensalem is a little rough around the edges. Newtown, Doylestown, Warrington, Buckingham all much nicer and have great schools

I95 Rt1 and turnpike. Easy access to anywhere. Not to mention every store and restaurant you can think of.

Bensalem is super convenient. That’s why close to 95 closest to the turnpike and you get a piece of mind and very close to Philly

the neshaminy valley area is easily one of the best places to live location convenience, close to the city, not too far from New york, an hour away from beaches, lots of green lots of nature. Also you get a great mix of culture sp it could be culture related

I love living in Bensalem but I am a true believer there is 2 different Bensalem’s you have the North side close to Hulmeville and you have the South side close to Philly!
