@adampfau: Since 2019, when people come over to my place, they usually ask what this is. And I tell them it’s a red light therapy panel we use regularly for both skin and recovery. For skin, red light helps support collagen production, which is why it’s commonly used for skin health. For recovery, near infrared light goes deeper, which is why we use it after training. I’ll use it after lifting, and Danielle uses it after Pilates. This is the BestQool Pro300 Half Body Red Light Therapy Panel from @Bestqool Health What I like about this panel, compared to masks or smaller devices, is that it actually covers a lot of area at once. You’re not trying to hit one small spot at a time, so it’s quicker and way easier to stay consistent with. It uses four wavelengths 630 and 660 nanometers for skin health 850 and 940 near infrared for recovery We usually stand a few inches away with skin exposed for about 10 to 15 minutes, typically post workout. Setup is simple. We just stand it up, but you can also hang it, and it’s easy to move around. It has a built in timer too, so you can set it and not think about it. If you want to check it out, you can use code APFAU.
