When people make art, they find inspiration in other pieces of art that they use in creating their own. The photographer probably found this old painting and pitched it to Olivia’s management as one of the options for the album cover and they went with it. They probably found the reference painting neat and decided to plant it in that post for people to make the connection between the painting and her cover. Now people are reading into it and her management will probably encourage her to confirm the best story the fans come up with and boom, she’s suddenly taylor Swift. You don’t have to plant any of the Easter eggs, you just have to make the fans question and then confirm the theory you like most. Olivia probably had almost nothing to do with the album cover. Probably didn’t even choose the photo. Might not even have liked the concept at first. It doesn’t matter. That’s not even how this all works. She’s essentially an actress in a scripted reality show. A pop stars career is like a mockumentary only the purpose is to make the celebrity look good and important and be a genius and a hero.

I have no idea who Olivia Rodrigo is but the album cover reminds me of Vertical Horizon’s “Everything you want” album cover. No swing but same vibes.
