HAHAHAHA- just to mount it behind a LS you need 4500 bucks worth of adapter BS,NOT TO MENTION THE PRICE OF THE TRANSMISSION? That's the price of a complete pull out, low mileage, motor tranny combo. Sure it's great but for me -the costs vs results isn't promotional.

8hp transmission are used by mopar jaguar Mercedes and a few other auto makers. biggest issue with them is maintenance and no way to check fluid level. the filter is built into the pan so every service is expensive. at a dealer you can expect 1200-$1600 for a fluid change thats every 50k miles

A turbo 350 can be built to handle 1000g hp, and has a lower first gear than a 400T... if drag racing, less shifting the better
