As a Californian we eat the flower too. Not only fried, but stewed, in a quesadilla, etc...many ways.

Yes! More people need to watch your video and start making fried zucchini flowers!! You can buy them here but as you’d expect it’s rare and they are expensive

we eat them. but we are not equipped to get them farm to table, or grocer so you will never find it in a restaurant.well, never say never. but only the farm-y places. overuse of pesticides that won't wash from the flower like it does the vegetable is also a barrier.

I feel like we just don’t see them at the supermarket because they don’t last very long. When I had a garden in my backyard, I would grow zucchini and have these all the time they’re so good.
