For fun you should ask them to make the best Mocktail for the DDs. I'm a non drinker and daring to ask for a fun drink sometimes throws them for a loop. Like how dare I?!? On the flip side sometimes I get stunning and yummy drinks!

For a client, I don’t think creativity means “custom”. It’s nice to have a bartender that brings their own ideas, but a bartender that can quickly pull classics together that fit a guest’s needs is just as valuable.

Whenever someone asks for something fruity I ask if they want citrusy fruity, berry fruity or tropical fruity and then go from there :D
