not sure if itll help you but some cues i like to think of while doing or setting it up. i let myself fall forward a bit only then i engage my hips forward. then instead of bringing the weight down i try to “scoop” the weight down. but i think the first cue will help more

Cable crunches but on the lat pulldown machine, you sit backwards and crunch your elbows to your knees slow and controlled

You need to have your legs more at a 90 degree angle, almost table top. Your hips are too back
