Nice but not so eco friendly the concrete makes the building to hot in the rainy season like being in a oven. Need more eco friendly structures.

In Africa we don’t use Woden frames at all, apart from traditional huts in villages or other informal structures. I thought in the US they use wooden frames etc because of natural disasters ?
