INGREDIENTS ● Chicken breast — 1 large ( 350–400 g) ● Eggs — 3 ● Flour — 3–6 tbsp ● Mozzarella (grated) — 80–100 g ● Parsley — to taste, finely chopped ● Salt — to taste ● Black pepper — to taste ● Butter — 20–30 g for frying 1. Take 1 chicken breast and slice it lengthwise without cutting all the way through. 2. Open the chicken breast to create a large fillet. 3. Cover with plastic wrap. 4. Gently pound with a kitchen mallet to soften and even the thickness. 5. Coat the chicken fillet with flour on both sides. 6. In a bowl, beat 3 eggs. 7. Add salt and black pepper to taste. 8. Add finely chopped parsley and chives (green onion). 9. Add 80–100 g grated mozzarella and mix well. 10. Dip the floured chicken fillet into the egg mixture until fully coated. 11.
