What’s the best twist (i.e. ingredients) on the classic STP you’ve ever tried and what was it out of 10?

Just personally had this STP, plenty of sauce, perfect serving size, great texture, not too dense. A little sweet for my liking and too few dates. However, they didnt try and do too much, just a lovely simple and well cooked STP. I have given a provisional rating of 8/10. Recommend a trip to colne valley golf club for further investigation.
