But for Canon I have L slightly higher, even if Ichika's ability to formulate strategies his better than L (Better Efficiency, effectiveness, shielding, alignement and even overall deception for the quality of her tactics), she's still below in the overall Foresight ability, L will just counter her and win with simple tactics (Because Ichika's adaptability feat are limited sadly), I still think that if we got more view of Ichika's outsmarting process, she could probably match Canon L but right now it's too much assumptions I guess.
