Why would you do shoulders and arms the day after you hit chest and back? Wouldn’t it be better to split those days with a leg day?

Good advice but add one more shoulder day atleast scientifically shoulders heal the best out of any muscle group and scientifically u can train them anywhere between 24-48 hours difference them 3d shoulders make up an insane amount of your physique soooo
