Unfortunately I got too much responsibilities now and i lost my passion for the game. And most people are scared to admit it and walk away. But I was man enough to do so. It breaks my heart to think about the ere defining players of our generation that won’t ever taste a ring, I love the game the same way they do theirs a connection to the game that you feel. I just know that cp3 wonders every single night what would have happened if he got the job done, I just know that Russ, harden, embiid, PG, Haliburton, oladipo, jimmy, all these players I know that they wonder at night why they couldn’t do it, what stopped them, maybe they used to cry and they were able to be at peace with themselves, maybe they still stay up at night wondering if they did it for the money, or if they loved this game with everything they had and they just wanted to repay the game for saving their life, I wonder if they think the game respects them the same way they respect the game, I wonder….. I wonder if they wish they could go back, back before they lost their prime, and relive one more game, one more game at their peak to show the game that they love this game. Real hoopers know, this orange ball, this metal and glass hoop, it means more to us than anyone could ever know. It starts as an interest, then turns into a love, a burning passion for something that may or may never love you back.
