Jaz cut yourself some slack pregnancy brain is supposed to be erratic just lean into it and use this time to allow yourself to be a totally different person and indulge all the things you normally wouldn’t it’s ok and if some things don’t get done that’s ok too as long as you have formula and nappies and a couple of swaddles you will be just fine take a breath you have been through so much

Well yeah girl, you’re stressed and anxious!! The pre-baby checklist is longgg long long AND you’re standing at the base of this incline that appears to be as tall as a mountain (simply because last time it was truly a brutal mountain for you). I deeply hope and pray that it will not be a mountain or feel like a mountain or look like a mountain this time. Rather, that it will feel like summertime with your feet propped up in your favorite beach spot. Thinking of you so much over the next few weeks 💖

When I was pregnant all that I wanted was McDonald's and exactly that, cheeseburger and nuggets, surprisingly never got indigestion or heartburn from it, but healthier things like a plain chicken breast would torture me with heartburn hahaha
