To everyone in the comments who left someone for the sake of Allah, just know that Allah will always grant you better than what you have left. Meaning that if you left something haram, Allah will bless you with what is halal in the best of forms. Wether that be your nikkah with that person or with another, know that whatever Allah blesses you is in your best of interest. And please remember do not say you are leaving someone in the care of Allah and then being worried you will lose them, because nothing/none will ever be lost in the hands of Allah. Trust your Lord.
