I like his views. Im former blue. One of the major reasons why I left law enforcement was that I looked at law enforcement officers initially at a very high level of professionals and very intelligent. Found out they are the opposite.

Yes but they need probable cause. They can’t just spy on you and charge you. That’s why we have due process/ and self incrimination protection
