Hope this helps; it’s a 1 in 100 chance to have twins if you don’t have a genetic history; 1 in 10 if you do. If you have a ‘break’ in your period, you’re probably one of the 1 in 10 - this is a sign you could be releasing 2 eggs.

No family history of twins my sister had dcda boy girl twins and I have MCDA girls I remember when I found out I was pregnant I just assumed they would DCDA but no just pure chance but I’m so lucky my sister had had her twins 3 years before mine I had a wee trial run of what to expect with twinnies.
