I'm proud of every single person who has overcome addiction, and I also understand the grief, the pain, and the intense, overwhelming struggles. One of the hardest things a human being can go through is addiction, and I know that through firsthand experience. I struggled with addiction myself. I had to realize that willpower alone did not hold up under the pressure. Yet, one day at a time, I started making slightly better decisions, knowing it was up to me to make that change. Surrounding myself with better association — the people who reflected the version of me I was trying to become — was a huge part of that change. The real shift happened when my awareness expanded to observe the possibilities the world had to offer, by taking small, concentrated actions consistently. I stopped seeing my situation as my story and started realizing and understanding the strength and skills I already had inside me. Your abilities don't completely disappear in your addiction; they just aren't being utilized. No sort of confidence or stability could ever be summoned from a place of lack and resistance to crucial and beneficial change. My newfound awareness helped me process what I went through and led me to change my habits, instead of powering through them without regard to my physical and mental health. If you're in it right now, I SEE YOU!!! I am extremely proud of you for waking up and showing up. If you've overcome an addiction, I'm proud of you as well. I know exactly what that took to push through to a better place. This is the same foundation the 42 Day Mindset Reset is built upon: better decisions, better associations, and more awareness of self, day after day, after day! Forcing change is difficult, because in some ways, you are who you are, and it just needs some new integration, perspective, perseverance, and support! You are worth that relief and healing. Let me be the catalyst that jumpstarts that change!! If you're ready to start that process, message me
