It depends…the day is getting to this officer. If officers use hypothetical situations to support their reasons then they should be savvy enough to CLEARLY KNOW THE LAW AND ITS CONTEXTUAL USE. Knowing the law is their line of business(enforcing it) so they should be up on the understanding of the law. It should be an annual requirement to refresh their local, state, and federal laws. I agree with that.😂
