ALWAYS train your back!!!!! Core is so important…. Legs are your biggest muscle as well… arms and chest will come if you do the rest. NO one has seen big legs and small top….

it works because you disipate the tension in your vertebra and build muscle along the spine… People that serious pain should do this seconds before going to sleep because there is no time to compress the spine until morning…

I do back extensions every few days. And I CONTINOUSLY keep using the same lower back tweak/injury. Everytime I do anything remotely like a deadlift even no weight. I hurt lower back where I cannot bend over an in pain for days. Have to slowly stretch to make it a tad bit better then goes away until a few weeks later when it happens all over again.
