Caught worker Agents stubbing out features, durring calibration they said that the QA pass will remediate. Offloading actual code work to the red/green pass. Lesson, embrace TDD, and iterative progression.

New to this. But I realized one important thing. All llm are a child thats really smart. Just partner up with it. Identity its flaws and basically reshape the outcome.

you can’t trust ANYTHING that the harness generates. that’s not necessarily a bad thing. it means EVERYTHING must be validated. ironically, claude code will lie about the ways to “enforce” this… and then make up excuses when you catch it red handed. so you have to build mechanisms which keep it honest while it’s doing its quick-and-dirty shenanigans. thankfully, claude code DOES have a way to do thus: hooks. it IS possible to get high quality results, but it takes longer (and costs more) 😎👍
