@charlielfriend: No matter what job I’ve had, I’ve always worked my hardest. My teachers & adults in my life told me I’d be silly for not going to university. But being low income, I knew that I’d suffer disproportionately to my peers who had wealthy parents to support them in not taking on so much debt at such a young age. The well trodden path isn’t always the best path - and that’s something I have embodied throughout my entire life. I’ll always do things my own way despite what the world tells me I should do. It’s why I’m so motivated to share everything I know about finance, the system we live in & encourage people to become confident with money!
