So for Harry’s birthday, I came to spend time with him & to fill his refrigerator with all his favorite foods! These were his top requests! Cheddar Bacon Veggie Egg Bites 24 eggs ½ cup heavy whipping cream 2 packs bacon, cooked & finely chopped 2 cups shredded cheddar (+ extra on top) 1 cup diced zucchini 1 cup diced tomatoes ½ cup minced onion ⅓ cup scallions ⅓ cup bell peppers Salt & pepper Whisk eggs + cream, mix in everything. Fill greased muffin tin, top with cheddar. Bake 375–400°F, 18–25 min until set & golden. Crispy Breaded Chicken 4–6 lbs thin-sliced chicken breast 2 cups flour ~8–9 eggs, beaten 2 cups breadcrumbs + 1 cup grated Parmesan mixed Oil + flaky salt Salt both sides of every piece of chicken. Next dredge each piece through the flour, then egg & lastly the breadcrumb/Parm mixture. Pan-fry in oil over med-high until golden on both sides. Transfer to sheet pan, finish in oven at 350°F for 7–10 min until cooked through. Sprinkle flaky salt. Super Wuick & Easy Bolognese 1 cup diced celery 1 cup onion 1 cup carrots ¼ cup garlic 3–4 lbs ground beef 3–4 tsp salt 1 tbsp oregano & 1 tbsp basil 4 cans crushed tomatoes + Parmesan rind Olive oil, salt & pepper Sauté veggies in olive oil until soft. Add beef + seasoning, cook until browned. Add tomatoes + rind, season to taste. Simmer until thick and well combined.
