for German shepherds specifically very yes. I've also seen American pitty mixes have the same behavior too!

Our 1 pit mix is the same way however we cannot have him outside when we’re using the hose anymore as we thought it was funny when it first started, but sadly it’s very dangerous as well we learned water toxicity is sadly real
